 WE , the Chairman, Commissioners, Officials and Employees of the Games and Amusements Board (GAB), commit to:

SERVE you from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and beyond office hours, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Holidays when exigency of the service so requires;

PROVIDE you up-to-date information on our policies, programs, activities and services through this website (www.gab.gov.ph);

ATTEND to your needs as soon as you enter in the premises of GAB, whether in the Main Office or it’s Regional/Extension Offices;

GUARANTEE you that only authorized personnel will serve and cater your official needs immediately;

RESPOND to your official complaint as soon as possible or within the day through our designated personnel in the GAB’s Complaint and Assistant Desk and take immediate actions thereof.
